2025 Vendor Information
Space is very limited – to apply to be a vendor, fill out the vendor registration form and return to the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce. You will be notified if your application is approved and space is reserved for you.
Fees are $50 per day per space. Vendors may be on-site Thursday through Saturday and open from noon to midnight each day – we ask that all vendors be open a MINIMUM of 6 pm to 9 pm for each day they are onsite.
Vendors may set up after 12 pm daily, only on the days for which they paid. Multi-day vendors may leave tents and trailers set up overnight.
It is the vendor’s responsibility to secure their tents/trailers etc, and may not drive stakes or tie down to any Coliseum fences, poles, etc.
March in west Texas can be windy – plan accordingly.
Power and water will NOT be available to vendors. You must provide your own generators.
Vendors are not permitted to sell ANY beer or alcohol.
Vendors must stay within the space assigned. Each vendor space is 20’x20′. If you require additional space, you must reserve additional vendor spaces to accommodate your tent/trailer/etc.
Vendor fees must be paid at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of each vendor to obtain and have on-site any required health and sales permits.
